Privacy Policy
How JumpAI collects, uses, stores, and protects account, billing, file, support, and AI-request data.
Published and effective on August 3, 2026.
Working policy. This document must be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before commercial launch in each target market.
1. Controller and contact
CHENXI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED operates JumpAI. Privacy and support requests: support@jumpai.cc.

2. Data collected
JumpAI processes registration details, authentication events, IP addresses, browser information, account settings, API-key metadata, billing details, invoices, uploaded files, indexed text, prompts, responses, usage, and support or enterprise inquiries.

3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide contracted services, route AI requests, index customer files, maintain billing records, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and respond to support inquiries. Where consent is required, JumpAI records the document revision, timestamp, IP address, and user agent.

4. Providers and international transfers
Infrastructure, email, object storage, authentication, payment, and AI providers may process data only as needed to supply their service. Actual providers, regions, retention settings, and transfer safeguards must be documented before production activation.

5. Retention and deletion
Account and operational data is kept only for the service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal retention periods that apply. Customers can delete eligible files and revoke API keys in the dashboard. Statutory accounting and security records may be retained longer.

6. Security
JumpAI uses password hashing, HttpOnly sessions, access controls, per-user data isolation, audit logs, encrypted transport, protected storage credentials, and revocable API keys. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection. JumpAI may verify identity and preserve records that law requires.

8. Changes
Material changes receive a new revision. Where required, JumpAI will request renewed acceptance before continued use.
